Challenge the Leaderboard Night!

When: Friday the 19th. We will begin at 5:30pm and will end roughly 7:30pm. We will only have the 4:30pm class that evening. The 5:30pm and 6:30pm class will be cancelled. We will have space available for people to come in and do open gym.

Where: Leaderboard night will take place in the class space and will be considered the main event of the evening.

Who: All staff and current members are invited to participate in Leaderboard night. You must have an active membership (or be staff) to be on the leaderboard. Even if you aren’t feeling competitive come and cheer on your friends and coaches!

What: The leaderboard as we know it is changing. To start, we will run a couple heats of 1 or 2 of the conditioning pieces. Afterwards we will open it up for people to make attempts on the lifting/gymnastics categories. The last hour or so, we will run heats of 1-2 benchmark wods. Please review the new leaderboard to the right.

Gymnastics

  • UB strict pull-ups

  • UB ring muscle-ups

  • UB handstand walk for distance

  • UB handstand push-ups

  • UB double-unders

  • ME burpees in 3 minutes

Conditioning

  • 1 mile run

  • 2k row

  • 500m row

  • 1k ski

  • 25 cal on Echo bike
