Our goal is to create a weightlifting club that opens its arms to anyone and everyone who has a passion to move better.

Creating a team/family environment where everyone feels welcome and supported is above all else, rule number one. 

 

Weightlifting Schedule:

Tuesday/Thursday: 5:30-6:30pm (Temporarily Not Scheduled-but lifters gather to lift together)

Saturday: 9:00 AM- 10:00 AM

ELEMENTS- OLYMPIC LIFTING

IF YOU ARE BRAND NEW TO OLYMPIC LIFTING, WE HAVE ELEMENTS COURSES THAT FOCUS ON LEARNING THE BASICS. THESE ARE A GREAT STARTING POINT FOR BRAND NEW LIFTERS.

 

LEVEL 1- BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE

OUR WEIGHTLIFTING TECHNIQUE CLASSES ARE THERE FOR THE ATHLETE TO CONTINUE WORKING ON OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING TECHNIQUES.

 

Anyone is welcome to use the weightlifting area at any time outside of the scheduled classes each week. During class times, the platforms will be in use by those in attendance.
