Back Squat 5 x 5, 40X1 on first rep of each set
Then:
3 x 10m bounding broad jump, as few jumps as possible, :90 rest

Performance Strength:
Back Squat 6 x 1, start @ 85% and climb to 95%, work on speed out of the hole
Then:
3 x 10m bounding broad jump, as few jumps as possible, :90 rest

Fitness Metcon:
4 Sets:
30 Cal AB
20 Jumping Pull Ups
10 Thrusters 95/65
*3 min rest

Performance Metcon:
4 Sets:
30 Cal AB
20 Pull Ups
10 Thrusters 135/95
*3 min rest
