We are excited to announce a new class format to the weekly schedule: Skill WOD! Starting this Thursday (1/26) we will be replacing all classes on Thursdays with Skill WOD classes!
Each week we will cover a different skill and classes will be centered around improving efficiency/movement quality, creating dedicated practice time and drilling specific accessory work. Our SCCF coach Nick Kenon will be heading up programming for Skill WOD and will be posting weekly on the group to get your input on what skills YOU would most like to see show up on skill days! So leave a comment on that weeks post (FB) and let us know what you think needs a little extra practice!
