10m OH walking lunge, climbing each round, rest as required

Fitness Metcon:
EMOM until failure:
3 OHS  95/65 + 3 burpee to 6″
*10-15 round target, scale appropriately

Performance Metcon:
EMOM until failure:
Power Snatch + High Hang Snatch + 3 OHS  135/95
*10-15 round target, scale appropriately
